The Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (ACEJMC) helps identify programs that have gone through a review process in order to showcase the competence of their programs and help improve academic quality in general. This nonprofit organization specializes in education for careers in digital media and communications and has a rigorous review process for these schools.
While an institution that is not accredited does not mean a quality education cannot be achieved through their program, designated schools are recommended and part of a collection of just over 100 members that have achieved the accreditation by the ACEJMC. At this time, there are no institutions that have received accreditation by the ACEJMC in the state of Delaware.
