There are four different institutions in the state of Florida that hold accreditation from the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (ACEJMC). All universities provide a Bachelor's degree in at least one portion of communication.
The lone Master's degree is within Digital Journalism and design offered by the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg. It is offered in a hybrid format of physical and online courses to help those that are pursuing degrees while maintaining a professional career.
There are a few degrees digital communication and public relations that is available but not accredited by the ACEJMC at Florida International University. Institutions must self-study to gain accreditation, which includes responding to questions that provides an introduction to their report, and detailed information on various criteria that needs to be met.

Jacksonville is the capital city of Florida that provides plenty of communication and digital media career opportunities. It is also home to the University of North Florida, one of the accredited institutions by the ACEJMC.
